Outstanding customer service deserves to be recognized. Cass helped me and went far beyond simply being friendly or professional. it was near closing time but she took genuine care in making sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond were exceptional. I can't remember the last time I experienced customer service at that level anywhere. Whatever Jamba is doing to recognize great employees, she deserves to be recognized. She turned an ordinary stop for a smoothie into an experience worth writing a review about. Absolutely first-class service.

Went to Jamba Juice on May 15th looking for something sweet and refreshing, and the employee working there honestly made the entire experience stand out. I ordered a green smoothie and, based on their recommendation, swapped the base for orange juice and added ginger. Their suggestion completely elevated the drink; it came out flavorful, refreshing, and much better than what I originally had in mind. What impressed me most was how attentive and accommodating they were throughout the process, even offering to remake the drink if it wasn’t up to my standards. That level of customer service made me feel genuinely taken care of. While the price point is a little high, the quality of the experience and service made it feel worthwhile. Highly recommend.

After working out at a nearby In-Shape Fitness gym, I rode my bike down to the DoCo area where this Jamba store is located. Glad I did. They were closing shop up for the night when I arrived, so I asked if it would be okay if I ordered something. They said it would be fine. This was my first time at a Jamba store and I was a bit astounded at all the options they have for juice drinks, smoothies, health shakes, healthy desserts, and other stuff. Eventually, I got an Electric Ice Dragon Fruit lemonade topped with a bolt of blue spirulina. It was delicious and very refreshing as a post-workout drink. Also ordered some of their chicken empanadas, which were given to me seconds after pulling them from the oven/microwave, and they were delectably hot and tasty. They did have hot sauce and other condiments. The staff were super friendly and provided excellent service, especially Chloe, who was very gracious in giving me time to consider the menu and in promptly filling my order once I ordered.

Absolutely exceptional service from the General Manager at this location. I work for a local Non-Profit and was working with this team to order Parfaits for our directors onsite annual meeting. I believe the managers name way Taylor, she was absolutely phenomenal. She called me back, worked with me on the longevity recommended for the parfaits, took my informal order over the phone, and was ready for me to pickup BEFORE OPENING. Absolutely amazing service, i cannot express enough gratitude. 10+ Stars would be given if that were to be an option. We were working with an incredibly small budget and their unwavering care encourages me to cater with this location for many meetings in the future. Jama Juice, please take care of Taylor and Team at the DOCO location, they took great care of us!

As someone who loves fruit smoothies, this central location makes it super convenient to stop by whether I'm out running downtown errands or taking a break. The store is bright and cheerful. I'm always blown away by the wide variety of smoothies, juices, and everything else they have to choose from, featuring lots of healthy ingredients. It's a great feature to the DOCO plaza that makes for an easy and feel-good quick stop during a day out. I'll definitely keep this location in mind for future stops!
